About this event
VIEWS: KGO Made is a youth-led community arts initiative engaging youth from the Kingston-Galloway/Orton Park (KGO) community in the creation of a collaborative mural at Heron Park Community Centre. The mural project builds on themes, stories, and perspectives identified through previous community consultation and engagement, translating the voices and experiences of KGO residents into a meaningful visual artwork. Join the youth artists as they celebrate their hard work and creativity while giving back to and representing one of Scarborough’s most vibrant and important neighbourhoods A City of Toronto Cultural Hotspot Signature Project.
