About this event

Celebrate the Places That Stayed: Youth Photography Exhibit launch at East Scarborough Storefront (ESS). Created as part of a youth placemaking and photography project, the outdoor exhibit features photographs documenting the places and spaces in Kingston-Galloway/Orton Park (KGO) that make the neighbourhood unique, from familiar gathering spots and busy streets to quiet corners, overlooked landscapes, parks, and community spaces. Stroll along the community garden fence and explore the photographs, which offer a youth perspective on the KGO community. Join the celebration at ESS for refreshments before a short photo walk through the Highland Creek Ravine. The exhibit will remain on display outdoors until November 30. A City of Toronto Cultural Hotspot SPARK Project.
