The 1.5-hour Tiramisu Masterclass teaches guests how to make this classic Italian dessert, including preparing silky sabayon, selecting quality ingredients, making ladyfinger biscuits, layering, assembling and garnishing tiramisu. Participants will create and take home a complete tiramisu while learning helpful techniques, troubleshooting tips, and variations they can recreate at home. All ingredients and equipment are provided, and aprons are available as an optional add-on.
