About this event

This 2-hour cake decorating class is beginner-friendly and teaches guests how to prepare a pre-baked cake for decorating, smooth buttercream onto the sides, and use piping tips and sprinkles to create a beautiful winter-themed design. Participants take home their own decorated vanilla cake and gain skills in cake layering, American buttercream, and piping techniques. All ingredients, equipment, and transport boxes are provided, and recipes are emailed after class. Aprons are available as an optional add-on.
