On this tour, we will follow the flavours and stories that have shaped Agincourt across generations: from the fragrant lemongrass and herb-infused noodle broths of Vietnam, to deeply comforting, slow-simmered Korean pork-bone stews. We'll explore how northern Chinese charcoal-grilling traditions took hold alongside Cantonese staples as we sample cumin-dusted skewers and smoky street-style barbecue, before ending on a sweet note with a rich, multi-textured matcha parfait!
