In 2024 she was recognized as one of York University’s Top 30 Alumni Under 30 and ranked 2nd nationally as a 2023 Vanier Scholar. Marissa is currently a PhD candidate at York University where she is researching “Beadwork as Pedagogy.” Recommended for participants 14+.
