About this event
Join a free arts-based program where youth can explore different forms of creative expression while developing original work for a community showcase. Through weekly workshops, participants will experiment with a range of artistic disciplines, build creative skills, and collaborate with peers and facilitators in a supportive environment. Through the program, youth will explore and express their experiences, identities, and perspectives through the arts. The program culminates in the Youth Voices Community Showcase, held on October 22 at Tropicana Community Services 1385 Huntingwood Dr., Scarborough, ON, M1S 3J1, where participants will share their work and celebrate the creativity of local youth. A City of Toronto Cultural Hotspot Signature Project.
