Kensington Market ‘Taste the World’ Food Tour Fall 2026

Food/Culinary · Tour

About this event

Explore Kensington Market with the tour that started it all! As the original food tour of one of Toronto’s quirkiest neighbourhoods, you will get to enjoy beyond the tourist traps to family-run shops, hidden counters, and must-try bites most visitors walk right past. Skip the lines and taste local favourites from around the world, from handmade Tibetan dumplings to flaky Jamaican patties. Thanks to our long-standing relationships with shop owners, you’ll get curated tastings from the market’s best spots. Come hungry, this tour counts as lunch! Along the way, you’ll hear the stories that shaped Kensington, from its roots as a Jewish market to today’s vibrant, multicultural neighbourhood. Led by locals who know the market inside and out, you’ll get insider access to the hidden corners and stories of Kensington that make the market special. Join us and discover the side of Kensington that most people miss!
